Shenandoah Valley Lead Director
An experienced executive, marketing and public relations leader and former state legislator, Tiffany leads Orion’s Shenandoah Valley office handling projects in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. Tiffany manages stakeholder relations, public affairs and government policy for a diverse stable of clients.
Relying on her endless drive, deep knowledge and vast experience, Tiffany delivers clients relentless energy, calling on a constantly expanding base of contacts and expertise to shepherd projects and initiatives from conceptualization to completion. She is adept at managing campaigns, staging major events or digging deep into the details to deliver winning results on one job after the next.
She worked as vice president of membership and development at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, director of resource development and marketing for the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle, marketing and public relations manager for Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races and represented the 65th District in the state House for three terms. She holds a doctorate in executive leadership from the University of Charleston, a master’s in business administration from Shenandoah University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration from Shepherd University.
