Harrisburg Lead Director
Tim serves as the Lead Director of the Harrisburg, PA office for Orion Strategies. In his role, Tim will lead the firm’s government relations efforts on behalf of its clients before the PA General Assembly and executive branch; develop and execute strategic communication plans; oversee grassroots and community engagement efforts; and support the political efforts of clients.
Tim has 28 years of experience inside and outside PA state and federal government developing and implementing successful legislative, regulatory and communication strategies. His experience includes service as a legislative staffer, cabinet executive and as both a contract and corporate lobbyist. He has led the strategic and tactical components related to advancing both his employers’ and clients’ legislative and regulatory agendas. In the energy space, he has represented Anadarko Petroleum, and worked directly for midstream processor MarkWest Energy Partners, Marathon Petroleum and a data analytics company focused on accurate emissions data.
Tim received his B.A. in Communications from West Chester University.
