Harrisburg Lead Director

A veteran of more than three decades of work with top federal and Pennsylvania state officials, Tim delivers leading expertise and manages a vast and constantly evolving network to produce consistent, bottom-line results for his clients. He develops and executes strategic communications plans, oversees grassroots and community engagement and works tightly with the state’s General Assembly and executive branch.

Applying diverse skills honed during decades in the state Legislature and as a cabinet-level officeholder and contract and corporate lobbyist, Tim ensures his clients enter each project with a winning strategy. He applies his astute tactical mind to turn well-crafted plans into success stories. He knows how to get the right message to the right audience and how to fulfill critical objectives.

After obtaining his communications degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Tim served two stints as executive director of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He also spent a half-dozen years as Pennsylvania’s deputy secretary of workforce development. Tim worked as executive vice president at Harrisburg-based Bigley and Blikle, manager of government affairs for MarkWest Energy Partners and Marathon Petroleum, and he represented Anadarko Petroleum.
