The former managing director of a Washington, D.C., lobbying firm, Frank provides his clients far-reaching expertise in government and public affairs, lobbying and consulting. His work reaches across the spectrum of industries, including energy, environment, transportation, homeland and port security, consumer affairs, financial services, foreign affairs, telecommunications, technology, education, federal appropriations and government oversight.
His experience spanning more than two decades inside the Beltway, Frank works the halls of Congress, constantly growing his broad base of contacts among elected officials and their staffs, in federal agencies and on K Street. His ever-evolving understanding of the inner workings of the Capitol and his skill in developing businesses keep his clients ahead of the game and projects steadily moving to completion.
A Texas native and Texas Tech graduate who obtained a degree in journalism and minored in political science, Frank spent much of his career at DCI Group, where he served as managing director for nearly a dozen years before being named executive vice president at Davenport Ventures.
