Finance & Human Resources Manager

Experienced in accounting, contract management and financial reporting, Erica manages Orion’s financial processes and human resources disciplines. She handles internal financial operations and other functions for the company, helping her colleagues remain locked on task.   

Efficient and organized, Erica brings a sharp eye for detail to her work at Orion, managing reports and invoicing, directing the onboarding of new staff, handling human resources and working closely with the company’s chief financial officer to tightly oversee internal controls.

Erica managed financial processes and employee and banking records as a senior accountant at Todd Judy Ford before joining Orion. She began her accounting career at Agent Pipeline before becoming a staff accountant at U.S. Methanol. Erica graduated from Strayer University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting.
