Research Associate

Returning to Orion Strategies as a Research Associate after having completed the firm’s competitive summer internship program in 2023, Noah combines a keen interest in quantitative research methods with an intellectual curiosity that propels him to examine the intricacies of people, companies, organizations, policies, and issue areas. 

With an academic background in political science and environmental analysis, along with firsthand experience conducting policy research for the U.S. Treasury Department’s CDFI Fund, Noah now contributes to Orion’s portfolio of polling, focus group, and survey research, savoring both the process and the insights this work reveals.

Noah earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a certificate in security studies from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2025. While there, he presented his undergraduate research findings at a variety of conferences and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha national political science honorary.
