Prescott’s years of experience building relationships and working with federal, state, and local governments allows him to effectively navigate outcomes at the state and local level for clients.  He develops and executes strategic plans and has a unique ability to communicate to a diverse group of stakeholders.

Prior to coming to Orion, Prescott served as the District Director for a member of Congress where we excelled at building relationships with local elected officials, economic development organizations, local political party officials, and community leaders. 

Previously, Prescott served as a legislative aide in the Ohio Senate where he worked on various policy issues, including energy.  Prescott also has vast experience working on state and federal campaigns. 

Prescott is a native of Granville, OH and graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science.
