Throughout his career, Joshua has masterfully navigated the complex landscape of federal, state, and local public affairs, earning a reputation as a thought leader in the energy industry. He has managed and advised on campaigns for major corporations, trade associations, and non-profits.  Joshua brings a wealth of expertise in grassroots strategy, government relations, and strategic counsel.

Joshua held prominent leadership roles at renowned public affairs agencies, including Senior Vice President at Beekeeper Group, Executive Vice President at Davies and President of Influence IQ Strategies. He has overseen national client work and led teams to victory in some of the most challenging and high-stakes energy campaigns. 

Joshua is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, holding a Juris Doctor degree.
