Jessica Wintz-Adams serves the needs of various clients and heads project development as a Manager. She monitors and reports on the actions of government officials in multiple states and organizes new clips that are relied upon by clients to shape their response to stories and events in the media.
Prior to coming to Orion Strategies, Wintz-Adams served as a special assistant to the Governor’s Mansion and to former First Lady Gayle Manchin and worked for over five years at The Education Alliance where she served as program director of college and career readiness initiatives and was noted for her work in providing real-time education news and education legislative updates through the organization’s social media. She has been awarded three Public Relations Society of America Crystal Awards for her work on public relations campaigns.
Wintz-Adams is a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She volunteers her time in leading social media and campaign awareness efforts on behalf of various organizations.
